This next six weeks is going to be EXACTLY like it was during the Dome Patrol era. Teddy does NOT have to set the house on fire. We just need to root for the DEFENSE....The Dome Patrol won tons of games, that were exactly like this one last night. The games were like that almost every week! All you gotta do, is just hope that Bobby Hebert/Teddy can string together a few first downs; and if you can get the ball anywhere past the big fleur-de-lis in the middle of the field, then Anderson/Lutz will kick a few field goals, and the defense will take care of everything else! Drew is going to come back, but the next six weeks is gonna be a flashback to the Dome Patrol era where the defense was the star...people need to remember the days when sometimes a simple hurry or a pressure on a quarterback on 3rd down, by the defense, was a big freaking deal that rocked the Dome louder than a touchdown. Just roll with it.

I almost lost it when he slid and didnt try for that first down when all he needed was a yard. He made some great throws though. Josh Hill possibly cost us a TD

I disagree, if he stayed up for that extra yard he would have been demolished. I breathed a sigh of relief when he got down, and he almost got the roughness flag on the slide anyway.
