Re: PFT’s Week Five power rankings
Speaking of stats ...
FWIW, M Davenport has a total of 22 pressures thus far. That's good for #10 in the NFL per Pro Football Focus. Now that we have Shimmy back in the middle, Davenport could eat (sacks). He was so close to Dak ... Tyrin held him a lot though. By week 8, this D line could be absolutely nasty. |

Re: PFT’s Week Five power rankings
I believe the offense is as open as it can/will get with Teddy. He doesn't see the field as well as Brees. Few do. The only legit weapons on offense are Mike and Alvin. Brees could make everyone on offense a target and productive beyond their ability. Teddy simply won't. Teddy will however make more plays on the run and with his legs than Drew. Teddy will be different. Teddy won't be a fantasy guy. Teddy can win. It's just going to look very different than Drew.

Re: PFT’s Week Five power rankings
The Pats have played the 31 hardest schedule so they haven't played anybody. The Saints have played the 3rd hardest schedule. The difference is one win to LA against the Refs in a game where Drew got hurt.
If anybody cares to look at the USA Today NFL Computer Power Rankings the Saints are 5th and move up to #4 with different computer rankings. Carolina is #10 and hard to believe... LA is #3 I guess because the beat us. |

Does coach continue to play safe and hope the defense and special teams wins the games for us or does he make the change?
If we fall behind to the Buc’s I have not seen Teddy’s offensive play have the pace speed or energy to come from behind ... coach might make the change for some Taysom Time. |

Re: PFT’s Week Five power rankings
We get the penalty calls, not the awards and honors.
It is what it is. |
