North - Baltimore
South - Indy
WC1 - San Diego
WC2 - ??? Pittsburgh, Jets, Buffalo, Cincy, Jacksonville???

NFC Championship: Philly v. Panthers
AFC Championship: Colts v. San Diego

Super Bowl: Colts v. Philly (I think the Colts take it, T.O. throws another fit, and in accordance with the teachings of the AB School of Leadership, blames his teammates).
