I thought the same thing. I finished my rugby match with a broken arm and it hurt so much I finally left the social to go get x-rays. I wound up cutting off the cast three weeks later because my team needed me to play when a couple of our players went down. So, yes it can be done if you've got a high tolerance for pain.

I know what you mean. I finished a game with a broken bone in my hand. It was visibly displaced under my glove. Next week I played with a big ol' club on top of the cast. Sports makes you do crazy things. |
