JP, he was injured in game 3. We were TORCHED by the Bucs in week 1. I'm just not wiling to call him the best anything until he shows he's all the things you hope he is.

Players also said it was really hard getting on the same page with him.

Well several here including yours truly have debated PFF being the end-all authority on grading, given...

But he's was considered the best free-agent slot cornerback when we re-signed him to the team...

Through that week, Robinson had the top coverage grades by PFF until his injury occured...

And he could, and was, holding up his end in coverage when he went down; we tried PJ and then traded for Eli...

And I totally get the chemistry thing you alluded, and I'd agree with it as well...

But, he was getting it done since he came back to the team until he was injured...

I agree he's not the same since the last injury and that it's taking time for him to get it all back together, but there's a body of work that showing he now knows how to get it done...

And he's not the same rookie bust we drafted, but a more mature, coached (we hired a better coach after he left) player and that he's terrific depth...
