Saints waive WR Lil'Jordan Humphrey, promote WR Krishawn Hogan to active roster

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Let's be real on Southlake. Jordan was "over hyped" starting at camp & subsequent pre season games (balling against 4th stringers) by far too many fans & he's had absolutely no impact whatsoever. Go back to the Jags & Bears ...

Let's be real on Southlake.

Jordan was "over hyped" starting at camp & subsequent pre season games (balling against 4th stringers) by far too many fans & he's had absolutely no impact whatsoever. Go back to the Jags & Bears game for example. He lined up in the wrong spot, only to be corrected TWICE by 2 Glove Teddy at pre snap. Not knowing where you supposed to be in a Sean Payton's offense isn't gonna fly. Maybe you can in Jacksonville or Buffalo but not in a complex NO offense.

He'll either land back on the PS and get his act together or become a ghost in the NFL. All of these fringe players aren't going to help your team.

Having high/unrealistic expectations for undrafted players is setting yourself up for disappointment.

Hard to take anyone seriously when their own parents don't take naming their child seriously. I thought he might turn the corner late in the season but dude is lost right now.

On the bright side, I think I've seen him land a decent block or two on runs or short passes. But yeah this might not be his year.

He’s not all that good at that either. Just so so IMHO.

Saw Hogan out there today ...

I don't believe he was targeted. Meanwhile I saw Mike holding his knee on the bench late in the game. Keep an eye on that.

Gotta get another WR in New Orleans.
