As far as coaches holding their team back this year, I have to say that Kingbury and Kitchens take the cake. They both have talented teams but seem to make awful decisions that cost the team.

Kitchens didn't even have a year experience as an OC. The Browns only made him head coach cause their douchebag quarterback liked him.

Kingbury had a losing record as a head coach in college. I don't think he has any business being an NFL head coach.

Throw in Zac Taylor too. That guy looks completely clueless coaching the Bengals.
