Re: 49ers are scary good

Look back at the Falcon loss, probably the worst our line has played all season. But Ram still held his own. This week will be another test for our line, which Drew helped them pass with flying colors Thursday. The only reason all the doubts keep coming at this Saints team is because we’re not blowing people out. We haven’t run up the score on teams because of blunders on our part. We’ve only been outplayed once this season and that was at home against the Falcons. Take last week for example. 1. Eli,PI when the receiver had already ran out of bounds. No need to push him out again. 2. Eli, PI on long pass. If he turns his head, easy pick. 3. Cam, block in the back on Shy’s INT. Shy scores if Cam gets in the way of Freeman instead. 4. Cook dropped TD in endzone 5. Cook, lack of effort on long pass from Brees that went off his fingertips. TD 6. All the penalties 7. To cap it off, the recovery of those onside kicks.( that’s 3 this year) |
