We are really handcuffed with the 53 man roster- Peat takes a spot, as do Harris and Line. I'd love to rent a punt returner for 2 weeks instead of having AK back there. However, we really don't have that extra spot available.

Thus is the NFL. Every team is limited by that 53 man roster. You have to expose players you would wish not to expose down the stretch. You have to suck it up and hope for the best.

And sometimes get lucky. Hopefully Easton keeps it up.
I doubt we win though. NFL wants it to be more interesting down the stretch. It will come down to the final game against the Panthers

Wish the NFL would expand to a 55-man roster and 48 active. Maybe even 50 active. The quality of the product suffers so oftenwhen you see a team inevitably have a rash of injuries at the same position on gameday.

Agree with you. Josh Hill is such an undervalued player. Watch his blocking sometimes. The guy doesnt get near enough credit.

A big DNP for me is Deonte Harris. This guy has literally given Brees and that offense a short field and multiple opportunities for points or can take it the distance. Fingers crossed he's back sooner than later. Another weapon on special teams.

He could be the X factor once the playoffs start.

When we are firing on all cylinders we are unstoppable. We are missing several cylinders this week though. Peat may be a wash and we won't have a drop off at the LG. Like a few of ya'll have mentioned Taysom could be a very busy man tomorrow. With Line out we might also see more two back sets this Sunday.
