Panthers knocked out of the playoffs

Washington just beat the Panthers which takes them out of the playoff picture. Question is, will Ron Rivera now join Dan Quinn as coaches most likely to get their walking papers?

I hope they go all in on Allen, he's a decent QB in the pocket but if you flush him or make him move his feet too much it looks like he panics and throws bad passes, give him $35!
