Has some off-field issues.
In December 2003, Suggs was charged with felony aggravated assault stemming from a March 2003 incident in Arizona, in which it was alleged that a verbal altercation after a basketball tournament led to Suggs assaulting a man with a piece of reinforcement rod.[37] Apparently the involved parties had a disagreement during the tournament, and it was claimed that Suggs swung at the victim and broke his nose and cheekbone.[38] In June 2005, Suggs was acquitted of the charges, with a juror commenting that guilt beyond a reasonable doubt could not be established.[39]

A series of allegations were made by his girlfriend, Candace Williams; in 2009 she alleged he threw a soap dispenser at her head, struck her in the chest with his hand and held a bottle of bleach over her and their 1-year-old son.[40] No criminal charges were filed against Suggs, and Williams' subsequent lawsuit was dismissed.[41] In September 2012, he was accused of punching and dragging his girlfriend Candace Williams beside his car while his two children were inside. A temporary protective order was placed against Suggs, who was forced to surrender his arsenal of firearms, which included an AK-47 and six other guns, and a judge dismissed the order on December 12.[42][43] Despite Suggs's rocky relationship with Williams, the two were married on December 14, 2012, and the protective order removed.[44] The couple have two children together. His wife filed for divorce in 2015.[45]

why don't we offer a 7th round pick for these vets before they are cut? Jenkins was obviously at risk of being cut when the news broke.

Its possible he falls.

Some teams don't have cap room
Many teams are alreday out of contention
Teams would have to cut someone already on their roster
He's not the player he once was.

Terrell Suggs may refuse to report if not claimed by Ravens

The Cardinals have placed Terrell Suggs on waivers, making him available to be claimed on Monday by any of the 31 other teams. But Suggs only wants to go to one team: The Ravens.

Suggs very much wants to return to Baltimore, where he played from 2003 to 2018, and may not even report if any other team claims him, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.
