Observations from the Saints' win against the Colts

Brees' breaks the all time record for TDs, edging Peyton Manning. He was nearly perfect in completion percentage.

Defense played extremely well.

Refs calls were much more calm, even despite the OPI called at the end of the first half.

Kamara showing some signs of life.

Enjoy this win. Are the Saints beginning to peak at the right time of the year?

I'm interested to see how Jenkins can contribute. I think we do need the first round bye so some of the players can rest up. Kamara seems to be getting better. Taysom Hill definitely needs be a receiving option.

As for the Colts offensive line and running game, I was impressed how our defense handled themselves with all the injuries. The matchup up front was encouraging.

That one announcer constantly dissed the Saints or he was talking about something totally irrelevant. He was obviously a hater. He bothered me so much that I thought about making a thread on this very subject.
