Don't know what kind of financial obligations or liabilities he's dealing, but gotta believe is not nearly as so hard up as maybe 75% of working folks... And the worse part is medical fraud isn't a rich/poor, black/white, regional, or some other discriminator - dumb*sses still try commiting medical fraud... neugey and SmashMouth like this.
