Re: 2020 Schedule
So much for Tampa's home field advantage. Atlanta games will pretty much look and feel the same as always. Parking was available at the entrance.
I hope this means that we will get more players wearing microphones to keep us involved in the game. It would be great to see several do it each game. That last thing I want is to listen to Chris Collinsworth without the roar of a crowd to silence him. |

Re: 2020 Schedule
I have been hearing that is exactly the plan. It could add three additional time slots to the existing five. That is a potential 60% increase in revenues over the $8 billion currently attributed to those five slots. That could mean an additional $4.8 billion that could offset the $3 billion that would be lost if there are no fans in the stands for the entire season! That would also be almost $2 billion more than was projected for the 2020 revenues prior to COVID-19. There is a possibility that not only will the 2021 cap not go down, but it could possibly increase over 2020 based upon these numbers.
Stay tuned! The NFL can come out of this smelling like a rose. |
