Two week weather forecast for Green Bay

Re: Two week weather forecast for Green Bay
Not bad at all. Perfect football weather.

Re: Two week weather forecast for Green Bay
I'd be focused on Minnesota right now, let things shake out as they will...

I'm more than confident though this team can beat the Vikings, walk into Green Bay and beat them on the ground and through the air. And then then either go to San Francisco or back to the Done and beat the Seahawks |
Re: Two week weather forecast for Green Bay
Dalvin Cook could come back fully healthy and give them a boost on offense. The Vikings also have defensive players like Hunter, Kendricks, Barr and Harrison Smith that can make plays and overall their defense is pretty good. They are going to come in as underdogs and next week they and the Eagles are basically playing with house money and no pressure. Can't look past them.

Re: Two week weather forecast for Green Bay
The teams not looking past anyone. Feel better this year heading I to playoffs this year than last

One game at a time! We need to make sure we don't mess up against the Vikings like we did against the Falcons in the Dome this season! Plus, the Vikings are not coming into the Dome just to make make up the numbers, they will bring their A game thats for sure and we need to be ready for it! WHO DAT! |
Re: Two week weather forecast for Green Bay
Two things:
First: We need to heavily fixate on our next opponent. We don't need to look past this game because that mentality has cost us games before. Second: Any weather forecast over several days is mostly guess work based upon models. The weather is just too unpredictable this far out. Personally, I was hoping for a sunny 60 degree day but that's not going to happen. I'm just hoping for a warm front to bring the temps up. |
Re: Two week weather forecast for Green Bay
No one cares about Minnesota since the Green Bay loss. Why are they even in the playoffs after that disastar.
The weather looks very good but cold. |
Re: Two week weather forecast for Green Bay
Cold weather in Green Bay in January is a given. And I refuse to believe that "cold weather" alone is a major advantage to Green Bay.
However, what would suck is if there's significant precipitation &/or it's windy. Then it just comes down to which ever team has a better strategy to deal with inclement weather, & Green Bay might have a slight edge just because they probably have more experience with playing in nasty weather. If it's just cold.. not a problem. If it's cold & nasty.. perhaps some concern. |
Re: Two week weather forecast for Green Bay
I’ll be shocked if we get past Minnesota. Through no fault of our own either.

Re: Two week weather forecast for Green Bay
I wouldn’t worry about the weather. I’d worry more that the Packers won’t get a single DPI or holding call against them.

We only lost due to one freak missed tackle, it will not happen again. |
Re: Two week weather forecast for Green Bay
See what happens when we play a clean ballgame like yesterday. We didn’t give the refs many reasons to throw a flag. Coach has been saying for weeks now that they’ll get those things cleaned up. It happened yesterday and the game was over by the 2nd qtr.
Opponents better be very concerned. |

I have no doubt we are a better team. My doubts lie with officiating. |
Re: Two week weather forecast for Green Bay
One additional thing we've got going for us: Kirk Cousins is their QB. The guy cant beat teams w winning records and he chokes in prime time. The Vikes will have to generate a significant running attack in order for him to be effective.
XLIV CHAMPS |
Re: Two week weather forecast for Green Bay
There is no interest in a Vikes-Packers playoff game, so that might help keep the flags in the refs pockets.

Re: Two week weather forecast for Green Bay
I want revenge on Minny bad. I think we can beat the he!! out of them and the Packers. Solid O and D play and all's well.

Re: Two week weather forecast for Green Bay
I want it to be snowy, I want there to be large accumulations on the ground. Make the temp 12 below or some ****. I never want to hear again we can't play outdoors.

But that aint happening. If everything goes like I see it, we will win big and play GB and Seachickens will win and have a rematch with San Fran where they will win and allow us to host the NFC Championship game against them after we take care of the pack. |
Re: Two week weather forecast for Green Bay
Nothing makes me more annoyed than the way the media puts an asterisk on everything we do. We can't play outdoors, we are only a dome team, we couldn't win if we didn't play with the Super Dome crowd. I want all of our doubters to collectively **** themselves in the upcoming weeks.

Re: Two week weather forecast for Green Bay
Ramczyk will have his hands full with Hunter and Griffen is no slouch either on Armstead's side. Linval Joseph hasn't been as disruptive this year up the middle as he has been the past couple of seasons. Other than Joseph - their DTs are young and inexperienced to play in the environment they'll have to play in on Sunday.
Kendricks abd Barr are good all-a-round LBs who can blitz, contain, cover and tackle as good as any in the league. They've been really effective at creating turnovers this season, but Kendricks suffered a thigh injury in the GB for which he had to leave the game, so he could still be dealing with that this Sunday. Harris and Smith are as good of a safety tandem you'll find in the league, but their CBs are the weak link of that defense. Rhodes has been a shadow of his former self this season. He's always been handsy, which result in a lot of holding and interference calls, but he has lost a lot of his athletism, which used to more than make up for his weaknesses. Rhodes has been dealing with a lot of small injuries during the season. Trae Waynes on the other side isn't much better - he hasn't lived up to his draft status. Last season was good for him, and it seemed he'd finally turned the corner, but he has regressed once again this season. Waynes is athletic, but covers as badly as Apple. Hughes in the nickel is their best corner, but he isn't a finished product yet. Zimmer is one of the best defensive coaches in the league, and their defensive performance will go a long way which n determining the outcome of the game. The offense is what it is, but the injury Thielen has been dealing with has affected the pass offense quite a bit, and the same can be said about Cook (and Mattison) and the run game. They have a good pair of TEs in Rudolf and Irv Smith Jr. Smith Jr was the Vikes' 2nd round pick this past draft - his dad was a 1st round pick for the Saints back in 1993 at the same position. They also picked a center in the 1st round in Bradbury and I think the Saints got a better player in Erik McCoy in the 2nd round. Cousins and Bradbury have had a lot of awkward snaps during the season, which have caused even fumbles and sacks. Their O-line has been improved from past seasons, but it's nowhere near the level of the Saints' line in either pass or run blocking. Cousins is hot & cold and to be honest - he has taken a lot of the enjoyment out of watching the Vikes play for me. I wouldn't even discuss the leadership of Cousins in the same discussion with Brees'. Stefanski hasn't impressed me as a 1st year offensive coordinator, but he is an improvement over some of the past coordinators like Norv Turner, Shurmur and Filippo who he replaced last season - having Kubiak as the special assistant has probably helped with the offensive planning. If Cook is healthy along with Thielen - their offense can put up some points and control the time of possession. It won't be an easy game and the Saints really needs to focus on game planning and execution on Sunday in order to even make it to Lambeau. |

Re: Two week weather forecast for Green Bay
Meh ..
I'll never under estimate an opponent but the Vikings are in trouble on Sunday. The Saints are getting hot at the right time, AK is getting his MOJO back (he'll go nuts in the playoffs) our O line is HEALTHY and Cook has become another weapon for Brees in this offense. After that s*** show Kurt Cousins put on MNF, he ain't winning a big playoff game and history says he does not shine when a "must win" is on the line. |
Re: Two week weather forecast for Green Bay
Green Bay Weather Advantage?
WHY THEN: The Don Hutson Center is the indoor practice facility of the Green Bay Packers. Located across the street from Lambeau Field, it was built in 1994 at a cost of $4.7 million. |

Re: Two week weather forecast for Green Bay
The weather wont be any worse than it was when we played in Philly in 2014 WC weekend. Hopefully it is a Sunday early game so it is as warm as possible. That would probably be around 32 or 33. Cold but not too bad at all

Not a weather man or woman in the world can predict the weather for tomorrow. They're going to do it for two weeks out. Good luck with that.

Re: Two week weather forecast for Green Bay
This cold weather crap is a little over the top for me.
Brees played at Purdue, Ramz at Wisconsin, AJ Klein Iowa and hell half the team played at "Thee Ohio State". So they moved south for a few years and all of a sudden they can't play out in the cold? |
