The new contract "demands" should be interesting.

1. In season free agency for any player at any time, during the game in particular up to and including during the play!!!

Seriously though the players need to be digging their heals in and taking away the league ability to suspend players like they do. You can be found guilty by a law court yet the league can act as judge,jury and executioner and suspend you for a year etc.
