I can’t believe you are even a saints fan. How can you watch this game and blame drew? The o line was horrible. He ran for his life all game. Not to mention the poor play calling. If you’re blaming poor play, how about blaming lutz for a missed 43 yard fg.

If hill or bridgewater would’ve started this would’ve been a win. No question about it. Double coverage force intercepted and a fumble. Time for him to go. Appreciate the service and the turning this franchise into champions but Father Time caught you

There are plenty to blame, but you expect Brees to play better... put the team on his shoulders... he wasn’t capable when it mattered. He isn’t a great QB in the playoffs.

It's time to move on from Drew sorry. We won't get better with his 20 plus million cap hit. I'm ok with Teddy or Taysom but I prefer to see what we have in Taysom.

Sadly, was not an upset, insofar that it looked like the Vikings day from the start. Any upset was that we actually got the game into OT.

You know, it’s weird... when we were marching down the field with Taysom Hill going Beastmode it was the first time I think I’ve ever thought No, don’t put Brees back out there. Keep going with Taysom.

I’m hoping Hill is the starter next year. The question is can he stay healthy playing his type of ball all season.

Hill is very similar to Lamar Jackson and I think Payton would be unstoppable calling plays for him.

What a BS thing to say! Was he at fault for some things? Yes. But so was Payton, Kamara, Online, Secondary...We only showed up in the fourth quarter and that's not good enough. Stop being such a fairweather fan or go and join the wonderful Falcons fan base. We are all hurting/angry after this but stop with the stupid statements.

Vikings played and coached a little better, no two ways about it. The Rudolph push-off was a minor one at best. The 10-second runoff and false start on spike (that is literally never called in this league) was the one BS call. Get those 10 seconds and 5 yards back and we would've had a better shot, but no certain thing with how well Minnesota D plays in red zone.

Marcus Williams
Andrus Peat … let someone else over pay for embarrassing performances.
Trequan Smith
Ted Ginn

Below avg performances from guys who aren't rookies. Lots of question marks as we head into the off season.

Playoffs are a different animal. This was a very disappointing loss at home. I thought we were built to win it all this year.

Who Dat.

The problem with that is we would lose our short-yardage RB/slot WR/#3 TE. That’s a lot of roles to replace.

I would expect Brees to do better. After all he is the captain, the talisman, the guy who gets the bucks.

He always has CGM to look to, Always helpful when things get tough. But, but, Kamara has been in a season long funk. And further unhelpful with getting pushed Out of bounds 1, 2, 3 yards short of the chains.

So much to look at in this team of ours. Perhaps we can do it with a cold precise analytical brain rather than our rose-tinted heart,

Lutz mr reliable missed a FG. The team stunk it up but Drews two turnovers killed us.

Now this I can agree with, the rest I don't.

Kamara will want big money after this season and he didn't earn it.
Taysom Hill is a better runningback than Kamara now.
Kamara had a few nice runs this year, that's all. A few. He mostly couldn't break any tackles.

I felt the same way. Look like he was holding on to the ball too long looking for big plays instead of throwing his usual timing routes to Thomas. I think that bomb hill threw to Deonte had Brees trying to compete with that play instead of trying to manage or play his game

I hate saying this, but I will......this loss was entirely on Brees! He played like hot diseased garbage....end of story! Without Hill today we would have been blown out! This was the worst performance Brees has had in his career as a Saint. Given what he is paid, I think we as fans deserved better. Flame away....I don't care! This was just embarrassing!

I am saying otherwise...sue me. When Taysom was running the ball before the fumble, Payton should have called a run/quick pass. We all knew the Vikings D line were coming after him. Brees should have known this and audibled out of the play that was sent in, and when he got chased, covered up the ball. Safety help was non-existent for us and our Online was like a sieve. Wil Lutz missed a field goal and our D-line didn't get to Cousins as much as I would have liked but behind them, we left the field open. So no, I don't put this on Brees, I put this on the Saints.

Not yet. So what if he was smiling, what did you want him to do? Have a temper tantrum on the field in front of the national audience? It's called having class and being gracious in defeat.

The game was lost by the team and coaches. The oline was terrible for most of the game. Poor play calling early. Defense allowed them to walk right down the field in OT. Brees dropping the ball on their 20. The missed FG by Lutz. Team loss.

I said the same thing after that play. It felt like Brees was trying to do the same thing but there was no window for that pass. That was a hunger swing. Even if we dont score we take a good amount of time off the clock.

Was CJG smiling after the game? Nah. It’s time for him to go. He can’t get it done.

That int they turned into 7pts was a real killer. Without it the score would be different

What does he have to smile about? He should be angry and upset at his performance. He was out shined by two QBs today. Cousins and Hill.

When Brooks smiled fans were ready to kill him. Brees played terrible today besides one drive.

Iv'e been saying all along, stop looking at what we were going to do in Green Bay, we have to beat the Vikings first and there you go, we couldn't do it! We were beaten by the better team today, we can't blame refs, officials etc. It was all on us this time! Oh well, theres always next season I guess! It will be interesting to see what the team line up will be for next year. WHO DAT!
