I agree with refs but if we did a few things right we take them out the equation. The nfl wants big market teams to succeed so does the nba they make no qualms about its as plan as day. I also think the nfl punishes us because of Payton to be honest. And college football is tainted too but not as much as pro football. From the schools buying players things to get them to come there, its just not as talked about but it happens. To the boosters buy kids cars, drugs, hookers, etc. To the bcs and rankings, all of which has favorites for certain teams. |

"Illegal hands to the face" "Holding" Etc We played a bad game, and to be clear, I acknowledge we didn't show up, but we fought back and had a shot. It should have been 3rd down and goal from the 14. Instead it's a game-ending touchdown, and just like last year, everybody in the stadium could see the player push off, and yet we are expected to accept, "it didn't rise to the level of a foul" by the NFL? Then what, exactly, does rise to that level? By rule that was PI, and it's not even close. His arm was extended and his lower body was extended past his upper body BECAUSE he was pushing off. And look, as a one-off or an every now and then...I can live with that, but this is neither. This is now a consistent pattern of behavior across the league. I don't WANT to call it a conspiracy. I don't WANT to believe the NFL is rigged. But I have eyes and I can do simple math. You fix the problem with the same number of cameras for every game, and you get it right. Why wouldn't you want to get it right? Why is there so much push back on getting it right? Hmmmmmm |
