Like Patrick Queen more, but a) will Sean Payton take a LSU player? and, b) Queen is only 6' 0" tall and that'll lack of length will be a liability, especially for a first round pick... |

Re: 2020 NFL Draft: Saints Prospects
So you'd want to commit your first round pick and not another pick until late on Day 2 to a LBer that flashed mid-late season, and I'd agree impressively, but for only one season?

Re: 2020 NFL Draft: Saints Prospects
Maybe. Tons of upside. Passes the eyeball test on the field, tackles well enough and consistantly around the ball and has ball skills. Playmaker ability. Paired with Davis could be promising. I think he could start, and do well enough.

And you're not concerned at all about having a complementary defensive end not named Cam Jordan than can be available for the Tournament?

Re: 2020 NFL Draft: Saints Prospects
Myself, I would be more concerned about a DT first than another DE. Crush the middle everything else falls into place. I'm loving the Auburn guy DT/DE Marlon Davidson the more I look at him. I think he would make a huge difference in the D line.

Not sure we could even afford another one - what we're shallow at is Defensive End... |
