Morestead is a weapon! I can't remember ever seeing a more accurate punter. His hangtime equals that of the Goodyear blimp. The opposing return men are always trapped at the worst possible place to do anything but fair catch.

I'm awfully proud of him for all of his charity work. He's got a good soul. He is always available for autographs and possibly a quick chat if time permits. And best of all....he played rugby!

A man could do worse than to have that on his marker when he closes the book of his journey...

I know punters dont get the recognition and all, but if you've had a good punter for a while then get one that stinks you will definitely see the difference in returns and field position.

IMO and homer glasses off ..

When he hangs em up, I think Thomas is Hall of Fame worthy, or at least in the discussion. His total body of work has been impressive.

He gets at least into the Saints HOF for the SB onside kick. He has been a model of consistency in pinning returners to the sideline and bombing one when we need to flip the field. We used to have major problems on punt return coverage, but Morstead has fixed that for a decade.

I've been a huge fan of his ever since we drafted him, and his off the field contributions puts him up there as one of my all time favorite Saints. Yes, seriously.
