But that doesn't make them meaningless. To think that they cannot be accounted for in the success or failure of a team is short-sighted. This topic has been discussed many times on NFL Radio. The health of a team is critical in its success. Sure, some injuries can be overcome if the team is lucky enough to have sufficient depth at that position, but no team has critical depth at EVERY position. That is where luck comes into play.
Injuries to the same players over and over are an expectation. Rankins and anzalone havent been healthy. Davenport has shown some real glimpses he could be dominant, now he's getting injured often.

SP is having trouble motivating them. We wont win the division next year
