Re: Super Bowl Game Day Thread
I don't get the hate on the FOX crew. When I watch a football game the announcers on any channel are just background noise giving some added info. What's with the hate?

Re: Super Bowl Game Day Thread
I don't see why any are bad. They are announcing a game we all love. Hating on them seems pretty petty. I really see no difference between any of them. I am watching the game. Not dwelling on what a play by play guy or a color guy might say. who cares? What's the difference?

All that said, when it comes to radio it DOES make a difference, but on TV, who the hell should care. Don't get it.

There's the same potential for improvement in announcing/analysis of NFL games as there is in officiating games... |

Re: Super Bowl Game Day Thread
I guess we're different then. When I'm watching a game the player names don't matter to me, I really don't pay attention to any analysis, and talking points are nothing more than background noise. I am simply watching and enjoying the game for what it is. I honestly have no recollection of the announcers from the game yesterday. Honestly. None. I remember watching the whole game and enjoying it, though.
