Looking at the current roster outlook, can only see us bringing in a CB for depth, whether FA or NFL Draft, or do we not feel good about Jenkins at CB2?

The only remaining Free Agent Guard I'd bring in is Stefen Wisniewski, who's graded in the Top 20 in his most previous stops...

We do need to sign a veteran Wide Receiver Flanker to stretch the field - badly...

With the money currently allocated at LBer, I'd be fine if we moved back into Round 2, picked up an add'l Round 2 pick, and took a 3-down LBer with coverage skills Rounds 3 or 4...

CB - I'm assuming Jack Rabbit is being restructured. If so he's a serviceable #2 who admittedly gets flagged too much...but he'll be fine. If so we're good to default to the draft for a backup. My pick: Cameron Dantzler

WR - considering Brees's age, I'd prefer a dynamic intermediate route runner like Sanders. But the value play could be Perriman. Of course, the draft is loaded with prospects... My pick: Denzel Mimz

OG - free agency is all but washed up. A few intriguing prospects in the draft and I'd love nothing more than another early round big body

LB - It's all about sideline to sideline and savvy play. My pick: Patrick Queen.

Cam Dantzler, Yes

Denzel Mimz, Yes (Reagor would be Better)

Patrick Queen, 3rd Round, meh, wouldn't reach any more for a Linebacker than R4 where there's some guys in the Mountain West that should be there, take year to develop...

Immediate Needs that stand out now are:

  1. CB; we've got guys that can play the slot, but need more boundary guys; wouldn't be opposed to bringing PJ Williams' versatility back...

  2. WR; we got the short term solution, but we still need a burner to tutelage behind Sanders at the WRF; we have no one for the slot...

  3. DE; Expiring contract for Hendrickson, and Davenport hasn't been able to stay healthy; Contenders always have three pass rushers and we've got a 1.5, .75, and an unavailable...

  4. RB; we're awfully thin, and could use a third down Pierre Thomas type that we should find late in the draft, Brees offered a tell that Payton likes Clyde Edwards......

  5. LB; Anzalone is in his last year and we've already committed a lot of money without Lattimore and Ramczyk being signed, not to mention Kamara; we need young, available, fast, and cheap...

  6. TE; Cook disappears in games way too much for my taste, plus he'll be 33yo and has a lot of miles and two concussions since getting his Saints' halo; Payton needs to find that Gronk type to taunt Brady...

It's not that my way is the right way, I just make the right way my way...
