Still concerned about the D-line... lot of depth, not a lot of game-changers. |

For me, I see good talent on defense and enough to get us where we want to be however I'm more concerned about Dennis Allen and the need to be better at situational play-calling. Too many late moment blunders on the back end that has cost us from advancing. IDK, maybe having Jenkins helps orchestrate, facilitate things for us in 2020. Essentially having a QB on defense who understands coverages. |

You need to get over this meaningless age crap. Fitz is one of those five WR's that has been targeted 500+ times over the last five years and dropped fewer than 20 ... along with Emmanuel Sanders!![]()

Re: Emmanuel Sanders
He's no Fitz. Not even close. Fitz is first ballot. One of the best to ever play the game.

Sanders fills a specific need in New Orleans. He's been very effective out of the slot ... something we have lacked going back to the Willie Snead days. Even at his age, Emmanuel is still a very good player and like B&G stated ... affordable. When you are a contender like the Saints, you sign smart, veteran (M Jenkins, Sanders) players, not guys who will likely pan out 3 or 4 years down the road. WIN NOW. What's not to like here? |

Re: Emmanuel Sanders
The guy has had several legitimate star seasons. I get that he's not as young as he once was, but he's not coming here to be a #1. He's a complementary piece, and a damn fine one at that. I wanted him last year but it didn't work out. I'm thrilled to have him this year. He will only help our passing game.
