Ted Ginn plans to play “a few more years”
“I’ve still got a few more years left in me,” Ginn told ESPN.
Where he’ll play the next few years is anyone’s guess. He spent the last three years with the Saints, but they haven’t seemed to show a lot of interest in bringing him back, having instead bolstered the wide receiver position by signing Emmanuel Sanders. Although Ginn was a starter at the beginning of last season, he was largely phased out of the offense as the season wore on and had just three catches over his last four games with the Saints. https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.co...ew-more-years/ |

He’s a good guy so I hope he does. He never made a big splash for us but I guarantee the Glenville High School connection with Ted and his dad was instrumental in helping Lattimore and Justin Hardee make the transition to the NFL.

I'd sign him at vet minimum.

Re: Ted Ginn plans to play “a few more years”
I am not sure I have seen a WR play the ball in the air worse than Ginn. If it's not thrown in front of him he won't make an attempt to high point it, he just slows down and tries to catch it on his hip...lol
Vet min for some team I'm sure... |

Re: Ted Ginn plans to play “a few more years”
I'm sure you can run really fast for a few more years, Ted. It takes a little more than that to be an NFL WR, buddy. Go play for whoever signs Jameis Winston. He likes to wing it all game long. Maybe you can run under a few of those bombs, while he tries to break the career interception record in the span of about 10 years.

Re: Ted Ginn plans to play “a few more years”
I'd say he should sign with Cincy who looks to draft Joe Burreaux who knows the Saints offensive system as well...
But what good is it if Ginn still can't run the right routes in the Saints offense in three seasons? |

Burreaux in his rookie season will read defenses better than Ginn. Can’t get on the same page as the QB, can’t get on the field.

Re: Ted Ginn plans to play “a few more years”
Recap …
TG Jr had 30 receptions and only 421 yards and 2 TDs in 2019. For perspective, that ranks him 5th on the team in total receptions. LTrain (Latavius) had more than Ted. Each year since becoming a Saint his numbers have declined. Jr is done in New Orleans. |
