They don't DRAFT LSU players. They've signed a few free agents before, like Harry Coleman, Travin Dural and Will Clapp. They're willing to make zero risk UDFA signings.

But they avoid LSU's top prospects in the actual draft like the plague. It's just hard to not, by happenstance, run into a player from one of the top talent producers in the nation, when your pick comes up, at least once every three or four years. They take guys from Ohio State, Florida, Alabama, etc. But not LSU.

It's not a requirement. It's just weird that it never happens.

If I had a nickel for every time I heard that, the NFL would fine and suspend me.
