When the digital gates opened and NFL fans rushed in to get their hands on shiny new 2020 tickets, the biggest seller had nothing to do with a great deal.
The Week 2, Monday Night Football showdown between the New Orleans Saints and Las Vegas Raiders has been the most in-demand ticket for next season since the NFL released its schedules on Thursday. But while the Saints own one of the logos on those tickets, it's the listed city and brand new Allegiant Stadium that adds the most luster. Because the Raiders open on the road against the Carolina Panthers, Week 2 doubles as the first-ever home game for the franchise in its new city. According to site data from VividSeats, Saints-Raiders was the most trafficked game across its site in the rush after the schedule was revealed. more on NOLA |

My dad decided to push back a trip to Vegas this month just to go to this game. Even if he can’t get tickets, he plans to go to Caesar’s or another large casino to watch the game

From talking to people who lived in Vegas I get the impression that it will be like a home game for most away teams for all sorts of reasons. Most people in Vegas are visitors and the people who live there aren’t all that into sports. Just not a sports town. It will be a draw and great for the city but I doubt there will be much home field advantage. We also have a ton of Who Dats out thT way for some bizarre reason I don’t completely understand.

So yes, it will certainly be a premium away game destination, but I expect they'll have a very strong base as well. Could Nola be supplanted as the number 1 place to see an away game? |

Definitely not gonna be an affordable ticket for most....just did initial look on vivid seats, cheapest ticket in nose bleeds is $564.00. Little too steep for me, especially adding in my gambling and liquor expenditures.

Yeah, my wife and I had planned on going to the game until we saw the ticket prices. I may go down and tailgate then watch the game at Caesar's or something.

$546.00 to watch Gruden come out dressed as Chucky, grab the mike and point at Sean Payton. "Sean!!!! YOU OWE ME!!!! YOU ARE MY BIOTCH!!! REMEMBER MY PREGAME SUPER BOWL SPEECH?" I WON THAT GAME FOR YOU!!!!! IT'S MY TURN TONIGHT!!!!! Then the game officials come out dressed as BLACK JACK DEALERS and LAUGH AND LAUGH AS THEY RUN PAST THE SAINTS SIDELINE!!!! Through the PA system they have Paul Simon's "Mrs Robinson" playing on a loop " Laugh about it, shout about it, when you have to choose. Anyway you look at it you lose!!!"

Can we sequester the Referees for that game NOW to ensure the odds aren't against us?
