what do you guys think we should do about the hole that has been created by stinchcomb's injury? we need someone to come in and play, b/c folau just ain't gonna cut it if we have another injury... this shouldn't be patch job either, gandy ain't gettin' any younger... chris terry perhaps, if he's still available?

I wouldnt worry too much about the hole there. I bet at this point without anyone really worthwhile in the FA pool, they will wait til the rosters get cut to pick up a casualty.

Good point. When do the roster cuts happen, anyone know offhand?

Folau just doesn't have it, I remember watching tape of him get burned badly when he was in at right tackle.

August 30 - NFL Cut down date (65-man roster limit)
Sept. 3 - NFL Cut down date (53-man roster limit)
Sept. 5 - Clubs may establish practice squad of eight players
October 18 - NFL trading deadline

Well, they'll certainly have to do --something.

There's no way we could stick to being a possession/run-oriented ballclub if Folau starts at tackle. That's just a simple fact. That Stinch injury could come back to haunt us.
