Did a lot of prep this weekend. Cleaned crawfish tables, the Taj Mahal tent, chairs, tote full of gear. Ready to go. Getting some pineapple, sausage, asparagus to throw in the boil later but fully confident barring weather we will have a great time.

I know you dont do FB (a sure sign of intelligence), but I have those guys from Cecil's Pub there. Will have a solid HC by thursday, and then Big John and I will know where we're getting the bugs.
I sent a tweet to the Saints, Sean Payton, Thomas Morstead and everyone's favorite LB to hate Scott Shanle since they seem to have the most activity on twitter. Doubt I'll get a response but it's out there.

I have my boss coming in last minute and won't be able to get away. Beastmode and I have sent PMs getting details. Double dang! I was bringing my twin brother with me too. Double dang! Enjoy boys and girls. Take pictures and post them please.

Beast, what other vegetables and ingredients do you need?

I have 2 8 ft. tables. and some extra chairs.

I have 2 round crawfish tables, 1 long table. Have 7 chairs. Seems like most bring chairs. Maybe the tables...
