He has to fix this tomorrow.
Of course, during the season, media will recap it because.
He needs to come back and say, not that it will help, he is sorry that he offended anyone. He does not support police brutality. He spoke out of term for others. He has listened to his teammates and his colleagues. He respects others rights and freedoms and what the flag and pledge means to them or does not and their rights to feel that way.
For him, he choses to stand and will because it is personal due to his family members who served in the U.S. military. He supports the right and choice of those who wish to kneel, sit down, stand , or burn the American flag.

Sometimes you just have to eat it your mistake. Me...my niece. No forgiveness from her. Oh well.
Of course , Brees saying this, the same media and players will come back and say how wrong it is for him to call for burning the U. S flag and how he is not a team player for wanting to make himself stand up.:confused:

Ever heard of the silent majority. We are still here. Can't hear us on social media though or a bunch of BS internet articles. A lot of us are also black.

thats right, support the rioting, violence and looting or you belong with the klan. Support kneeling or youre part of the problem. It is possible to look at what happened with Mr. Floyd and see it as murder while also recognizing black people dont have any outrage about killing each other or their own little babies. The police can't even find the murderers because they won't help them. The biggest problem facing black people is themselves.

If I were Drew I would just choose to retire. He played because he enjoyed the team... that isn’t going to happen now.

It’s sad, but the saints are in trouble. Bad timing on Drew’s part, childish response by those who he thought were friends.

Really wanted to see him get another ring, but now it won’t happen. The team always had great chemistry.

So many people need to grow up and educate themselves beyond their own perspective. Diversity of thought is just as important as diversity of culture. But apparently we live in the era of “think like me or your racist”... what a shame.
