Re: Happy Birthday Marques Colston
The quiet storm is still here. He is certainly one of my favorite all time Saints. He was quiet, humble, and a team first guy. Thomas could learn something about humility from him.

They never knew who it would be game to game, but they loved being part of that and none of them had an ego. They knew that the team came first. Thomas is an outstanding player, but seeing him on social media, I can tell why certain people don't like him. I wouldn't if he didn't play for us. Like Steve Smith, hated him when he played for the Panthers, but only because he wasn't on our team. |

Re: Happy Birthday Marques Colston
The thing about Steve Smith was he hit his teammate when he wasn't looking. That player missed the season with his jaw wired shut and I don't know if he ever played again. Five years later he broke a team mates nose. That's the thug mentality and that's what I see when I hear his name. I'm glad he retired. Now these idiots have him doing commentary on these sports networks and he's no good. He has no comparison to Colston.
