Re: Dan Roushar on Saints OLine Progression

Pat Kirwan and Jim Miller (of Moving The Chains on XM Radio) just finished up their analysis of every offensive line corps in the league yesterday. It included what each of them individually felt were the top five lines in the league. They agreed on the top rated offensive line ...

The New Orleans Saints

It is beyond baffling to me that there are still some around here that feel the offensive line is not that good.

Ruiz might be the key to really making this O-line even better. I believe that he will make the right calls at the line of scrimmage and he's a hoss! We have a new RG when we move McCoy over and what looks to be another dominating center in Ruiz. Once againthough, Pete is the weak link.

And that's not a bad weak link when healthy. Three broken bones via blunt force contact is bad luck. I'd be more concerned if he were dealing with soft tissue issues.

Re: Dan Roushar on Saints OLine Progression

Was kind of hoping we would have kept War daddy (Larry Warford)... at worse he's a good depth piece. Maybe I need to re watch and pay closer attention to some of those games (specifically Vikes, ATL & Niners) inside the trenches but overall I didn't think his play was that bad.

But then again, I do understand by cutting him created some cap relief.
