No. Not at all. It was resolved in private. It was brought to light in public. You can't resolve anything over social media.

Yes it did. It absolutely did. I don't get your point though. It was resolved in private. As you know "resolved" means it is no longer a problem. It doesn't matter how it arose initially as long as it is resolved.
