Not a journalism major. Computer science initially for about five semesters and finally a degree in accounting. I did do a stint as a mass media major, however. That said, double negatives are acceptable when the sum is an intended positive. One of the negatives is commonly highlighted in text (italics, capital letters, bold, etc.) to show the emphasis.
