Besides that, he is an excellent motivator who understands how to organize and plan ahead for contingencies. No one runs a tighter ship....well, maybe BB. But that's OK because he's a cheater and we only run bounties.
We never had bounties and you know that. A player performance pool like every other team in the league? Yes. But according to the players (Fujita, Shanle, Vilma, etc.) I trust it never involved producing injuries. In fact, it discouraged injuries.
