Agreed, even if he reported in shape finally this year. SP must have looked around and saw no viable options in FA? He can play a couple of positions is an asset too, even if he frequents local establishments for fried chickens sammiches.

The stubbornness in letting Peat back in to play contributed to that L. Fast forward to 2020, we have an injury prone player injured. Now we'll have a handful of excuses why he under performs @ 11.5M a year. I hate that contract. |

I can't remember exactly who the play was ... I'm a year older now so my memory is going ... but it reminded me of the Peat situation, especially since none of Peat's injuries are related nor potentially chronic in nature.
