Racism isn't a crime. Technically ending it is against the law. As the black Benson character from the Show Benson said, he does not like the KKK but they have rights and I feel the same way.

Very dangerous saying groups not hurting anyone can't exist. What other groups are next. End conservatives, end Progressives, end BLM, end a religious group. Just a bad message. Nobody is ending racism. If one wants to hate something it's a personal freedom.


Eventually these fringe groups will get smaller and smaller by just leaving them alone which they already were just so long as they are not hurting anyone physically or financially. Just ignore them.

I really don't feel the message is being sent to fringe groups. Racism is wrong. It cannot be made a crime, per se, as you mention, but it is still wrong. We can only hope future generations learn from our mistakes. Maybe some kid will reject the hate being taught by their parent. Maybe someone will actually reconsider how they have perceived others to this point. I don't know. But doing something to attempt to address this very human problem is better than doing nothing, right?

Morally racism is wrong. Legally it's a personal freedom. I just don't get the point of attacking personal freedoms.

Attacking people who own guns for example and then trying to pass law after law to restrict them as much as possible to the point they can no longer own them until the freedom is now a crime...meh.

What is next for the endzone message. End Guns Now. Think it can't happen. Of course it can. Eventually all freedoms will be gone. Think you have a right to not stand for the flag. Just wait. Eventually that right will be gone. You will stand or be persecuted.

The only thing we can all count on... it'll all be over in November.

Regardless of who wins, democrats don't care about the black community unless it's a election year. There needs to be change, the black community needs to stop voting for the same party that kept them down for generations.

End systemic racism = end the democratic party

Perhaps because it is morally wrong. Unless it involves an act that qualifies as a hate crime a person does have the right to be racist. But that does not mean that society cannot do what ever they can legally to convince that person that it is morally wrong, including putting a simple message in a football end zone.

I just cannot understand how anyone other than someone that relishes racism would have an issue with that simple message.

I can't understand why people with the "morale" high ground would go out of their way to hate people who hate other people. It's ridiculous if you truly think about it. Maybe try ignoring them if they aren't hurting anyone and legally punish them if they do. It was actually working a lot better than what is going on now. Just gave them recruiting power. Good job.

Okay. I get you. Racism doesn't hurt anyone. Hating other people doesn't hurt anyone. Leave them be and not try to change that culture. Gotcha! It is okay to hate someone for their racial makeup as long as you keep it legal. Got it!

Bingo. We teach our kids to ignore bullies, because it robs them of the attention they so desperately crave, which takes their power. Tiny pockets of racism still exist in this country, no denying that. But they've been largely ignored and their numbers shrinking with every passing generation. But the democrats and their puppets in the mainstream media can't have that, because they need black people to feel less than so that they can continue to exploit them for political gain. So they've started a borderline race war and ignited a lot of ill will from both sides toward the other. Racism has a stronger pulse today than it has in the last 50 years, all because of the attention that democrats and MSM have brought to it. I agree with the sentiment of the message, but not the method. I can't believe that anyone in their right mind feels like any good has come out of the riots or the protests or the ads or the movies or TV shows trying to force this whole "woke" narrative. Things are clearly worse now than even just a few months ago. How is more of the same going to produce a different result? We all know that quote about the definition of insanity, and that's exactly what this is.

I'll say it again, if you really want to end racism then we need to remove as many democrats from power as possible. Vote republican, vote independent, vote libertarian, just not democrat. No party is perfect.. Imostly vote republican, but I have a lot of problems with the party as it is today.. but the democrats are the closest thing to nazis since nazis were a thing.

It will change itself. When I was in Afghanistan we didn't go in there with signs "Eradicate The Taliban". What we did do is arrest them and kill them when they started acts of terrorism. We also installed water wells in their towns so no more walking 2 miles for water and built roads to the wells. Once the wells were working the attacks declined to next to nothing.

If we made signs it would infuriate them. They would increase attacks and increase recruiting. Can't fight hate with hate. All this is doing is making it worse. Worse than ever if it keeps up.
