I hope the Saints bring back Nigel Bradham after week 1.

Mike Evans ‘day to day’ with soft tissue injury

Buccaneers WR Mike Evans day-to-day with soft tissue injury, uncertain for opener vs. Saints

TAMPA, Fla. -- Tampa Bay Buccaneers Pro Bowl wide receiver Mike Evans has an undisclosed soft tissue injury that could jeopardize his availability to play against the New Orleans Saints on Sunday.

Coach Bruce Arians described Evans' status as day-to-day.

"We'll take it all the way to the wire with him," Arians said of Evans. "He's got 1,000 reps already for this game, the whole camp. So it'll just be a game-time decision. If he doesn't go Friday, we'll take it all the way to the ballgame. If he can't play, other guys will step in and step up."

“The pessimist sees difficulty in every opportunity. The optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty.” — Winston Churchill

Speaking of injuries ...

It's rumored that Davenport (missed practice) may not even play on Sunday due to injury.

Guess we'll find out later once that injury report comes out this afternoon.

Re: A First Look: Bucs vs. Saints

Advantage goes to the Saints. Although, the commentators will be drooling all over Brady. No matter if they win or lose he is still the main story line. I don't care about story lines. I care about wins. We should come out strong with something to prove.
