He'll probably want Brees to keep padding his Hall of Fame resume' instead. Just saying ...

This!

What Brady does will be a factor in whatever Brees does. I believe that completely. To think it has no bearing on his decision is short-sighted.

DB#9 is unequivocally a first ballot HOF’er..., but he’s no LiMu Emu..., nor is he a Motaur.

I’m sold on this being Brees’ last year, so I think we’ll see a whole lot of him in 2021. I hold my breath every time Brees drops back now. I used to have so much confidence and faith in him. It’s almost all gone.

You are assuming the front office is thinking what you are thinking. They may not be sold on it being Brees' last year and have Winston on the same deal that Teddy had ... a one year insurance policy only.

I think this is Brees last year whether he likes it or not. I would like it to be an amicable departure with him retiring but if he wants to chase records next year he can do it on another team. His contract is going to be an issue if he doesn't hang em up though Saints might get stuck. We let Teddy walk, cool, I don't want to see that happen with Jameis. We have the luxury of having a starting NFL QB as a backup. Jameis got lasik surgery doubt he throws as many picks as last year lol, and he can PUSH THE BALL DOWNFIELD.

Brees is done. This season will be his last. He's as fit as anyone can be and he works as hard as anyone in the NFL. But, when your arm strength goes, it's over. Please no to Winston moving forward.

remember when everyone called teddy checkdown teddy and then you realized that was because Brees is done and SP didn't want to make it clear for all the fans. Brees is now an embarrassment in real life and on the field, apparently by his stats.

Yeah, I’m not buying this load spkb. DB#9 is not an embarrassment, on or off the field. His recents comments about the Flag May have alienated some of his jersey owning fans, but it wouldn’t surprise me if that has been offset with other demographics. Regardless, he is simply an aging QB, it’s tough to watch, but he isn’t an embarrassment, at all. As far as his stats go, more ppl have walked on the moon compared to the number of ppl who are in his category of statistical records he owns.

His comments were him tucking his tail between his legs. It is pathetic, and so is he. I dont watch or keep up other than to share in the joy of their losing, but his numbers are pathetic.

18-30 160 yards 2 td
26-38 312 1td, 1int

Am I supposed to be impressed? Or when another player on your team tells you to STFU and you not only comply, but start pretending a man accused of stealing a woman's keys and penetrating her vaginally are somehow a national hero, youre beyond pathetic. And Drew Brees is beyond pathetic, now it just happens to also be on the field.

If he had come out in support of that originally I would disagree with him. Instead he reversed himself and lied out of fear. Theres nothing more pathetic.
