“I’m fine with Drew,” Kamara said. “It’s early in the season. Everybody outside of this building has something to say and quite honestly I don’t really give a damn. Drew’s proven to be one of the best, if not the best, quarterbacks year in and year out, and I’m expecting the same this year no mater what’s going on.

“When you’re losing it’s easy to point fingers and say this and say that. But we’ll get back on track and everybody will shut up.”

I could be wrong because I got fed up and tuned out, but I think Demario Davis has stood up like a man from the beginning.

You’re 100% correct. While Malcolm Jenkins was running to social media cussing out Brees like a little b****, Demario Davis said something to the effect of not letting divisive issues tear the team apart. That confirmed to me that Davis is an instant Saints legend.

And the tweet doesn't address his rushing the ball to Kamara and not looking downfield at secondary and tertiary targets...

I agree JP 100%. I love Drew and what he’s done for the team and city but people won’t except the fact that Drew is basically Denver Broncos Peyton Manning level. Father Time is cruel but instead of living in the past we need to move on to the future however good or bad it might be.
