Every player has a down year. His might not be down in the true sense of the word but low by the standard he’s set. Teams will double team him and make others beat them

Patrick Robinson looked a lot better on the boundary than I expected.

A tiny bit more belief perhaps, my friend? Maybe?

It will definitely be down because of missed time, but when he comes back I expect him to ball out his ass even at his standards.

Chemistry develops when you throw to more than one receiver, but you also need more than one receiver that is catching to throw to more than one.

Sort of a chicken:egg thing. :)

Shout out to Brees.

Watching some of those passes in slow motion ... the pin point accuracy while under duress is still impressive.

Also, Callaway got his 1st NFL catch of the season.
Confidence building.

Game wasn’t televised here, so I can’t really comment, all I’ve seen were the highlight reel plays..., and they looked good. But, I kept telling myself: “highlight reel, highlight reel, highlight reel” repeatedly while watching the key plays from the game. It’s difficult to form an opinion when you can’t watch the game from start to finish; the good, the bad, and the ugly. I believe my eyes more than I believe the stats, lol. And my eyes need the whole shooting match, preferably live with the ebb and flow of the game more noticeable, just not the “good” plays in a vacuum. Glad to hear Brees had a more complete game..., Very glad!

He looked a lot better. I give credit when and where it’s due.

Brees has a bad habit of target fixation; one thing that I like about his play this weekend was that he was completing passes to a few more people than just one or two...

Now still seeing Brees go to Kamara too quick (the tell was seeing Lions, that's Lions linebackers sitting in wait, coming up,smacking Kamara as or just after making the reception - that's gonna lead to injury...
