Good luck, Davenport. I hope you're healthy now and start dominating on the field.

Is his "new normal" dominating? As opposed to his old normal of playing in the tub?

Good luck. I still think Hendickson has earned his reps and has been good. I hope Davenport comes around and shows what he's got. But right now, I'm still cheering for Hendrickson.

I'm happy Hendrickson got the shot to prove himself and did it well. Having that extra level of depth is invaluable. Especially come playoff time.

Wouldn't it be fun to see a third and long with Jordan, Hendrickson, Davenport, and Rankins on the line?

I'd replace Rankins with Onyemata if you are looking for maximum push.

Davenport is a physical freak but he hasn't played football his whole life and he isn't conditioned to take the beating. I've seen it happen to several new rugby players who were wrestlers, soccer players, or other less demanding sports.

Valid point! But we can't deny the production when he's ON the field. And when he's playing, his impact is felt immediately.

Vs. LA Chargers:
15 pass rushes, 6 double teams, 3 pressures, 1 QB hit, 1 TRIPLE Team which freed Demario to hit the QB and saved a sure TD to Mike Williams (Lattimore)

This kid is only 24 yrs old. He may have rounded a corner on the injury front but he sure as hell is looking like anything but a bust.
