Re: The steal at QB in the next NFL Draft
Winston was the #1 overall pick for a reason. His ceiling is EXTREMELY high. He has arm strength. He has accuracy. His football IQ was compared to Peyton Manning. His only problem has been decision making. I think it was a result of a lack of maturity. That typically gets better with age. Our future is bright if you ask me.

Re: The steal at QB in the next NFL Draft
I'll give Winston a pass for coming in cold yesterday. He actually started decent and then he was missing throws and reads. People give Brees crap about the dump offs but yesterday Winston missed 2 of these which would have served in 2 ways. One avoid the sack and two keep the clock running.
Maybe practicing this week with first team will help him but listening to Hebert last night he said Winston misses open receivers in practice. |

Re: The steal at QB in the next NFL Draft
I was watching him this weekend and really impressed with his skill. I saw great touch and accuracy on a 30 yard corner route. There was a laser to the far sideline to get the ball there before the defender. Good pocket presence. This kid will be a winner if he gets the right situation.

Re: The steal at QB in the next NFL Draft
I am going to say tap the brakes on Jameis and lets see what happens. I noticed Jameis almost threw a bad decision interception and on a play where he ran it could have been easily knocked out of his hands. What I am saying is there is no dispute over his talent, the decision making may not have improved.
