Almost halftime and there’s a COMBINED 14 passing yards!

DEN is just a superior defense compared to ATL. Payton didnt show much tape worthy material vs ATL. DEN didnt even bite on that fake dive at the GL that's discipline.

We can nit pick this offense all we like.

It’s working.

Slowly. But working.

True.

I'm pulling for Taysom to do well while #9 is out, but let's be real … he not the heir apparent to Brees.

Re: Saints vs Broncos Game Day Thread

Idk if Hill is trying not to make mistakes or if he's freaked out because people started talking about him being a possible replacement for Drew. But man...he needs to settle down and get squared away if he wants to stay a QB in this offense. Not a Winston fan. At all. But if Hill can't start playing better...you gotta do what you gotta do. Ick...makes me sick to say that.

It’s working because Denver’s offense is worse....lol

Unusual season..unusual games nothing seems like it should be.

Jackrabbit was just plain stupid right there - he should have ran upfield then got down so we can steal a FG...

That right there is why I wondered how much we should even play our defensive starters in this glorified preseason game. But hey, how awesome to pick off Kendall Hinton.

Damn I hope Janoris is ok.

We'll need him in the coming weeks ahead.

I’m not entirely sure how that logic works for you (not that my validation matters). Offenses aren’t on the field at the same time. It would certainly apply to our Defense.

The NFL has quite a few concepts that I don’t buy into, QB vs QB is just one of them. They make things up for marketing.

But... for what it’s worth. Did you see the Falcons/Raiders score?

If we win this and Tampa lose (as they currently are) it would put a decent lead in first place for us.

Man, the Bucs have fallen off a cliff. The Chiefs are humiliating them right now.

They'll (TB) be lucky to grab a wildcard spot.

Think the media will stop talking about them as NFC Super Bowl favorites? Hell no!

And Atlanta BLOWS OUT the Raiders.
Weird parity in the NFL this season.

Its amusing because Spags D was an atrocity here, but it always gave Brees and Brady fits and looks like it still is.

Raiders made the clowns look like the chiefs all game.

How that team beat us is beyond me.

Our competition is the Packers right now. We have to stay one game ahead and get that BYE...

It's a Chucky coached team. We were missing a few key defensive players and Coach Chucky was gonna win that first game in the Las Vegas Stadium thing. Coach Chucky's teams are bipolar.

Damn, Sean, at least shuffle the sequence of plays...

Murray middle, Kamara off tackle, dragging out getting the call in on third down...

What was that play call, multiple receivers in the same spot.

Taysom did have an opening to Cook but just takes too long to process it

Taysom defender here, but that wasn't much of an opening as Cook was running into that muddled mess of receivers in the middle of the field...

Not that Taysom hasn't looked awful, but we're not exactly opening the playbook up against the Broncos for other teams' film catalogs...

Let get somebody running deep routes ... every receiver looks to be in the middle of the field running into each other .... this game plan and play calling sucks

No doubt Brees would have seen it, but its early for Taysom.

Know we need to play it safe, minimize injuries, not show anything for down the schedule, but Sean needs to call a Go! for Taysom to Emmanuel Sanders...
