Re: Saints @ Eagles Game Day Thread
Defense was atrocious the entire first half.
Hill didn't have a great game, but the Oline honestly was a shambles. Peat on his ass as usual, Terron getting beat easily. |

Re: Saints @ Eagles Game Day Thread
We’ll have to see how this team responds. They just got it handed to them by a 3 win team and cost themselves a first round bye but the season is far from over. Eagles dominated all phases of the game today. Offense, defense, special teams and coaching all to blame.

Re: Saints @ Eagles Game Day Thread
This is why I was so insistent on wanting Brees back this game. If there was any way he could come back and play 75% we would have won the game. Hill was lost.

But HE and HE alone is not the entire reason the Saints struggled, ultimately losing. Taysom made some throws DB#9 is physically incapable of making anymore. Bottom line CJGJ missed a “right in his hands” opportunity, and it was definitely six points. Taysom missed a wide open Emanuel Sanders for a TD also, and the field goal kicking obviously missed two kicks. The win was there for the taking. NO portion of the team stepped up. Plain & Simple. <btw> Didn’t DB#9 lose two games this year as the starter? The answer is “yeppers. |
