Ramczyk was even jumping offsides - another difference in the game... The Defense gave up 17 pts including the bulk of the rushing yards in the first half, not late in the game... And on the onside kick the ball was between not one, but two Saints - Robertson and Morstead and neither wanted the ball bad enough in the bottom of the pile... And Pederson had too much time to intuit and counter what Payton was likely going to do... While Allen made the necessary adjustments for the second half, to get caught that flat coming out in the first half makes you question the game preparation, and you're right - that's on the coaching... |

Re: Saints @ Eagles Game Day Thread
Just watched the onside kick again...
Have loved Robertson since we brought him on, but gotta wonder why we still have him around when he couldn't come up with that ball... In no way am I hanging this loss just on Robertson (e.g. missed FGAs, poor front seven defense play, Taysom's fumble-itis, lazy offensive line effort), but when you're paid for ST play, make the damn play... |

Re: Saints @ Eagles Game Day Thread
Guys, really, how did the saints get the ball back after missing the FG? I’m looking everywhere for updates and I’m not seeing anything.
