Cal fancied themselves a good team. My wife went there for Grad school.

A good observation here that doesn’t get talked about much:

I believe it went our way initially. Then Philly took it back in the scrum. I've re-watched that play several times. I referee rugby and I know rugby and how to spot the ball on the deck. It took much too long for the refs to make a call. The ball probably moved back and forth two or thee times.

I read today that Robinson said he had it at first but lost it.

That sounds about right. The biggest thing I've seen is the inconsistency with Lattimore.

The TD he gave up last week to old man Alshon Jeffrey had me saying … "c'mon man".

Somebody on a mourning sports show mentioned if Sean Payton can’t inspire his team on sunday that what was at stake for home field he should get someone from the team to do it for him. Touchee

Guess we won't be extending him?

I would :bng:.

When you spend literally a decade trying to find a top CB & finally get one (and Lattimore, though not perfect, is probably overall top 10), you don't then let him walk to grab another rookie.

Even the Patriots under Belichick paid their top CB. That should tell you something.

To be continued ...
