You are assuming this is going to be his last season. He has said he is going to approach this off-season just like he has the last few. I tend to think he wouldn't want to end his career on a partial season. He enjoys playing the game too much to end it on that.

And, don't forget, there isn't a single player at this point of the NFL season that can be classified as healthy.

Competitors aren't Kardashians, they don't even consider going out until a season is done much less how they go out. Brees, Favre, etc... as long as they can lace up they will take the field.

Well, on the bright side, KC will have to plan for Drew and Taysom. No full time on either task. That is an advantage right there.

Gotta give some faith to Drew, the team doctors and Payton there Cruize. He’s not going to go back out if he’s in danger.

I've already stated I don't really care about playoff seeding, yeah I know it's not optimal to play in Greenbay in January but we're (when we are doing it right) a run heavy team. Run heavy teams do better in bad weather so this doesn't scare me. I'd save Drew for the playoffs even if it means we play an extra game, and one on the road. Secondly if we do make the SB, there's a better than average chance it will be against KC. Game film from a regular season game with Taysom is not going to look very much like a game plan on a Drew lead offense. Lastly it gives us more looks at Hill to help further determine if he's the future.
