Saints vs Chiefs Game Day Thread

We have to get healthy at WR and hopefully T-Rex injury isn’t too bad. I will say after watching this game if we get another shot at these guys I like our chances

you cant be thrilled right now i dont care if the game was close this team is banged up and fading and setting up for a playoff let down

Disagree. They get some players back for the playoffs and this is the team to worry about if you're the opposing team.

Seeing Trey and Granderson smack Mahomes was pretty fun.

Teams almost always score more point than first downs. What's their problem?

No problem, just a stat you don’t see that often. What it means to me is that the defense was on the field a lot, more than 40 minutes. And the reason for that was the Saints were 1 of 11 on 3rd down. DB#9 surprised me on a couple of his throws, but he made WAY more bad ones than good ones. We just didn’t possess the ball long enough with sustained drives.

Simple as that.

I think they had a great game plan defensively. Injuries and penalties at critical times kept the KC offense on the field.

This is how you are going to beat KC. Make them have long drives. Sooner or later they will make a mistake. You can’t give up big plays and have a chance against KC.
