-Vikings defense is horrible.
-Kamara looked great and needs to rest next week.
-Brees looked much better but was still short/late on a few. In the playoffs those are picks.
-Hurst was very good at guard. Deserves a look next week.
-Callaway is the real deal. Smooth route. Great hands. Good and willing blocker.
-Trautman does the dirty work and is more than capable as a receiver.
-Hill continues to succeed at whatever he's asked to do. With a full camp as the QB1, I believe the sky is the limit.
-The defense will miss Kwon.
-I like Granderson. If the Saints lose Hendrickson, I believe he will very easily fill the gap. Especially with a full offseason and camp.
-Tuttle not getting to the QB but having the presence to get into the throwing lane AND make the pass breakup was a great play.

I agree with most things.
Brees is still playing really hurt, and you could tell this impacted his game, and a couple throws were short.
Calloway, Trautman and Granderson speak highly for the future.
Kwon will be a huge loss, and I'm worried about what the drop off will be.
Hill has a lot of potential. Will be interesting to see where it progresses for him to be a starting QB.

With yesterdays game, while absolutely amazing, I haven't seen a lot of people talk (other than at the time) about Thielen's late TD. There were comments at the time about 1. Not passing the goal line, & 2. Both feet not coming down in bounds. But I haven't seen ANY talk afterwards, nor am I able to find any video, other than the one clip which is from a distance and unable to tell. Not that this is a big deal either way, as we won regardless, but it's more out of interest.

This game felt like semi-redemption. They've knocked us out of the playoffs twice over the last couple of years, and we had a better team than them both times. Beating the **** out of them felt nice. I think we should have ran it into the end-zone with Kamara again just to put the cherry on top instead of kneeling. Normally when we lose, I think we lost because it was our fault or whatever... I think we should take responsibility or whatever. That doesn't change with the games with lost in the playoffs against Minn. Still, I feel like those are some of the luckiest ****ers on the planet in the games against us, so when we play them I don't think we should ever take the foot off the pedal. I don't care if there is 1 second left and we have a 50 point lead... let's get another 7 points. **** them.

If we can run the ball like that throughout the playoffs we can win the Super Bowl.

We have to take the ball out of Brees hands. He’s going to kill us. He really threw 4 interceptions if not for a drop and a great play by Calloway. Healthy or not, that’s who he’s been for a while.

It was really cool to see a big NFL record set/matched by a Saint that didn't involve Brees (he has plenty). We'll probably all remember this Christmas game for the rest of our lives. Very cool.

I agree with you to a degree, Brees is not up to speed completely and that has been evident but to say take the ball out Bree’s hands or he is going to kill us I think is a bit of an over statement.

He did make 4 throws that could have been or were interceptions. As much as I am not an Aikman fan he called out Cook on that 1st interception and showed on replay that Cook ran a poor route on the out pattern, he faded off the sideline cut allowing the defender to get under the route for the interception.

On the Sanders interception that was a ball Sanders coulda shoulda woulda normally caught but his backhand slapped the ball up in the air and a defender, not his defender was in the right place right time. Benefit of the doubt 50/50. Not bad throw by Brees.

The other 2 throws you mentioned yep bad throws, but you failed to mention Brees threw for 316 yards yesterday 19 of 27.

I want to win just as you all the rest of B&G’s do I just don’t think we stand a chance in the playoff run with either Taysom or Winston bottom line. One I think can’t read the defenses Pre snap well enough to audible and adjust and the other has no real time with the one’s.

Coach keeps saying the next Saints QB is in the house we will see in 2021. If that’s true I don’t think the next Saint QB has started a regular season game for the Saints yet. We might see a 2 QB system similar to what we have seen this year.

Completely agree, I find myself holding my breath when I see a pass intended for Cook, its either a big play or a disaster.

Granted it wasn't an outright great day from Brees, but there were once again a bunch of plays where he had diagnosed the defense pre-snap and exploited it, something that Taysom is unable to do.

There's one player I have utmost trust in when the ball is headed his way and I'd never even heard of the guy at the start of the year - Marquez Callaway.
He's everything Trequan should have been, big bodied receiver, catches with his hands and not his body, can block in the running game and does it well. Just a complete player and looking like an absolute steal.
